Toxicity Of Platinum Tetrachloride

Platinum tetrachloride is slightly harmful to water bodies. Do not expose undiluted or large amounts of products to groundwater, waterways or sewage systems, and do not discharge materials into the surrounding environment without government permission.
1. Acute toxicity:
Main irritant effects: on the skin: corrosive effects on the skin and mucous membranes, irritating the skin and mucous membranes; on the eyes: strong corrosive effects, irritating effects.
2. Sensitization:
It may cause sensitization through inhalation, and may cause sensitization through skin contact; platinum salts, especially ionic platinum halides, can cause severe allergic reactions.
