Application:
N-Fluorobenzenesulfonimide NFSI (CAS:133745-75-2) is a new, stable and mild fluorination reagent, which can introduce fluorine atoms in the ortho-position of carbonyl in organic molecules, and can perform monofluorination reactions on electron-rich aromatic compounds, enol silyl ethers, and enol lithium salts. Current research hotspots include the Nazarov cyclization reaction to form a five-membered ring under the catalysis of iron or cobalt, and the asymmetric catalysis of enantioselective α-fluorination.
