Synthesis of CAS: 23779-32-0 N-(Triethoxysilylpropyl)urea

Synthesis of γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane add trichlorosilane, ethanol and solvent benzene into a stirred reactor, and heat under stirring to react. After the reaction is completed, it is distilled, and the solvent is evaporated and recovered.
The remaining product is trichlorosilane. The synthesis reaction formula is as follows: add triethoxy silane and propylene amine or use chloropropyl triethoxy silane to react with amine or ammonia to prepare γ-aminopropyl triethoxy silane.
