Applications

1. This product is mainly used as the synthetic raw material of high softness and low yellowing amino silicone oil fabric finishing agent. As an aminosilane coupling agent modified by secondary amino group and tertiary amino group, it can make the fabric have the advantages of softness, smoothness, bulkiness, elasticity, etc. The disadvantage of dyed fabrics is that the dyed fabrics are prone to yellowing. The fabrics after finishing have better hydrophilicity (0.45 ammonia value is generally 9s on cotton), and the finishing liquid is not easy to stick to the roller.

2. As an additive or formulated into a primer liquid for polyurethane, silicone, epoxy, nitrile, phenolic, acrylic and other coatings, inks, adhesives and sealants to improve the adhesion, corrosion resistance, Weather resistance, boiling resistance and scrub resistance, prolong the service life, and improve the dispersibility and bonding of pigments and fillers in the resin phase, which can greatly increase the crosslinking density of the product and provide better adhesion to the substrate .

3. As a secondary amino silane for the end-capping modification of isocyanate, the reaction is mild and controllable. It is used for one-component, primer-free polyurethane adhesives and SPUR adhesives, providing good water resistance, weather resistance and resistance to many different substrates. The material has good adhesion, reduces the content of free isocyanate, and makes the product more environmentally friendly.
