Diesel Flash Point Enhancer

Introduction

The diesel flash point enhancer is composed of various surfactants. Through comparative testing (closed flash point), it is proved that the oil flash point enhancer can improve the flash point of various diesel oils to varying degrees.

Typical Material Properties

1. The oil flash point enhancer can effectively increase the closed flash point of various diesel oils by 5-40℃;

2. The oil flash point enhancer does not affect other indicators of the oil, has good stability and is suitable for long-term storage;

3. The oil flash point enhancer does not interact with other additives in the process of diesel oil treatment.

Usage

Recommended dosage: 0.01-0.03% (mass ratio), the specific dosage is determined by laboratory sample test;

Add the product in proportion to the prepared oil while stirring, and after stirring evenly, emulsify with a high-speed emulsifier for 1-2 times (the oil must be fully blended), until the flash point measured after 3 days remains unchanged.
