INTRODUCTION

Polyetherketoneketone(PEKK) is a polymer of aromatic ring containing ether bonds and ketone bonds repeaters in the main chain. It is a new material with high performance and added value located at the top of the pyramid of the spcial plastic products system. It has excellent performance such as high temperature resistance, mechanical performance, corrosion and abrasion resistance, and has broad applications in the fields of 3D Printing, aerospace, petrochemical, automobile, electronic and electrical, medical equipment ands so on.

POLYETHERKETONE KETONE (PEKK) POWDER

PEKK powder can be used for carbon fiber prepreg, high-grade non-stick pan coating, chemical and pharmaceutical corrosion resistence coating.

And can be used for 3D printing additive manufacturing, epoxy resin toughening agent, carbon fiber sizing agent and other plastic processing additives, lithium electric film coating, etc. 

It is suitable for electrostatic coating, heat-press molding, SLS additive manufacturing and other processing methods.

PEKK pellets can be used for film, stockshape, fiber, filament, compounding, additive manufacturing, and suitable for extrusion molding, injection molding, 3D printing and other processing methods.
