The preparation method is as follows: put concentrated sulfuric acid into a three-necked flask, add 2-amino-2,3-dimethylbutyronitrile dropwise at 25 °C under water bath cooling, then heat up to 100 °C, keep the temperature for 1 h, and add concentrated sulphuric acid below 75 °C. Ammonia water, stirred for a while, extracted with dichloromethane, dried and concentrated to obtain the finished product.
