Synthesis of CAS 3813-05-6 | Benazolin
o-Chloroaniline reacts with ammonium thiocyanate to obtain o-chlorophenylthiourea, and then cyclized by chlorine to obtain 2-amino-4-chlorobenzothiazole.
And then diazotized and hydrolyzed to obtain 2-hydroxy-4 -Chlorobenzothiazole, and finally reacts with ethyl chloroformate to generate chlorin ethyl ester, which is hydrolyzed to obtain chlorin.
