Applications

1. As a glass fiber surface treatment agent in epoxy, polyester and phenolic plastic laminates, it can significantly improve the strength of the product, and the flexural strength in dry and wet states can be increased by 30%~50% and 90%~ 300%.

2. As a coupling agent, it can process siliceous mineral fillers and fibers, and be used for thermoplastic materials such as PP, PVC, nylon 6, nylon 66, polybutylene terephthalate, polycarbonate, etc., to improve the mechanical strength of products.

3. As an additive or primer, it is used in paint, coating, ink, adhesive and sealant industries to improve the adhesion and water resistance of the coating.

4. Formulated as a primer for thermal compounding: dilute this product to a concentration of 15% and add 0.15% peroxide DCP, the treated parts are dried at 100°C for no more than 10 minutes, and finally the resin is passed through molding , injection, etc. for thermal compounding to improve the bonding force of the two.
