Application:Cytisine(CAS:485-35-8) is a pyridine-like alkaloid. It is a potent ligand for many AChR subtypes. Cytisine is also a potent agonist at AChR α 3 CHRNB4 (AChR α3β4) and AChR α 7 and partial agonist at AChR α4β2. It shows analgesic, antihypertensive and inotropic activities.
